Welcome, I’m so glad you found me here.
Hi, I’m Deanna.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to show up as you in a world full of obstacles and challenges—whether you're dealing with anxiety, chronic illness, or the constant pressure of life's demands, I believe you are more than what you’re going through. My aim as a therapist is to provide a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood, without the pressure to be perfect or “fixed.”
Before becoming a therapist, I followed my curiosity and explored the creative sector. I worked in fashion and then in the music industry. Ultimately, I was drawn to the deeper connection made when listening to the stories of others, which eventually led me to pursue my M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling at Vanderbilt University.
With nearly a decade of experience, I've worked with clients struggling to navigate anxiety and stress, chronic illness, life-altering diagnoses, and significant life transitions. What I’ve come to realize is that, no matter what you’re carrying, you deserve a safe place to discuss your feelings, explore what makes you, you, and access your inner strength.
Outside of work, I enjoy collecting records, reading novels, watching baseball, and cherishing time with the people I care about most.
I’d love to get to know you.
